Keplow LLC is a software development and consulting company. We design, build, and operate production systems with coding agents, on a hardened Kubernetes platform we bring with us instead of billing you to rebuild it.
What we actually do
Most of what a new system needs — ingress, CI, identity, telemetry, a deploy path — is the same as the last one. We stopped rebuilding it. What ships to every client is the same baseline, improved by every engagement before it, and what you pay for is the surface that only exists in your business.
Everything runs in your AWS account, described in Terraform you own, using tools your team already knows. There is no Keplow runtime, no proprietary layer, and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.

How we work
first, but reviewed
Coding agents write the volume work — boilerplate, tests, migrations. Every line still lands behind a review gate a person owns. The gate is the product, not the model.
before it is finished
Something deployable goes in front of you inside the first two weeks. An estimate you can't check against a running system is a guess, and we would rather be corrected early.
on purpose
Ordinary Kubernetes, ordinary Terraform, ordinary code. We will tell you when a workload doesn't earn a cluster and belongs behind a load balancer instead.
Who you work with
Keplow is deliberately small. The engineer who scopes your work is the engineer who writes it, and the one on the call when it breaks. There is no account layer between you and the person in the repository, and no junior bench being trained on your budget.
That sets a real ceiling on how much we take on at once. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we would rather say so on the first call than three proposals later.
